A brand new building with high-end equipment, such as rehabilitation facilities, video calls systems with relatives, air conditioning in all the rooms, and located in a privileged area.
At the edge of the Amézola Park, the residence is surrounded by nature and offers a panoramic view of Bilbao from the terrace on the top floor.
