The 2021 National Malnutrition Week was held in France from November 12 to 20. It provided an opportunity for Colisée, an honorary member of the organizing group, to talk about the challenge of malnutrition in its residences, and to introduce in particular its Déméter pilot project, that aims to combine the pleasure of eating, nutritional balance and positive impact on the environment.
