[Newsletter] Aging at home, Falls prevention… discover our newsletter

18 January 2022

While 2021 was supposed to be the year of the advent of the “Loi Grand Age”, it was instead the year of the renunciation of the law. Paradoxically, 2021 was not a fruitless year in terms of reform, since it included an attempt to give substance to the “aging at home shift”.

Home care needs a major reform and a financing mechanism that is both contractual and lump-sum based in order to take into account the personal situation and needs of each individual. This year, the presidential election will be the ideal time to determine how we wish, all together, to apprehend the challenges of old age.
